Concentric will work with schools to set up pick-ups through UPS Healthcare. Once pickup time is confirmed, UPS Healthcare will send a placard to each location and next steps for scheduling a pickup. Schools that were previously set up with UPS Healthcare will maintain their placard and pick-up locations.
Please submit a support ticket if you have any questions or are unsure of your placard information, or would like to set up your location for pick-ups.
Schedule Sample Pickup:
- Go to ups.com/upp/.
- Enter your Pickup Point number from your assigned placard (example pictured below) and postal code. Refer to the placard for instructions on how and when to schedule pickup times. If you are conducting testing with staffing, you will be set with regular pickups.*
Please ensure all packages sent through UPS have the pre-paid label adhered to the shipping box. Labels are on the outside of your supply box with the packing slip. If you need additional labels, please submit a support ticket.

Please note that samples can also be dropped off at any UPS Store that accepts Class B Specimens. Please retain your tracking information if you drop off your samples at UPS location.
