Test Champions with administrative access can add new test locations to their organization by following the steps below.

Log into the Concentric Portal, and Navigate to the "Test Locations" tab while in Champion View.
Click "Add New".
**(Do not click "Order Supplies", even if the button appears clickable.) If you need to order more supplies, please complete this order form.
Follow the Prompts, naming your location the same thing as your Organization.
Once you've completed all the fields, hit "Create"!
