Please navigate to https://testcenter.concentricbyginkgo.com/invite-by-code to complete the digital consent process if you wish to participate in testing.
Next, provide your name, email, and access code. The access code will be provided to you by your school/organization. Please contact that site if you need the access code to be resent.
Once you have created your account, you will receive an account activation email. Click on the green button that says “Activate Account”.
You will be navigated to a page where you can then create a password for your Test Taker account.
Once your password has been created, you will be asked to add your personal information to your account and be given the opportunity to provide your consent.
Finally, you will see the option to complete your first health questionnaire. Please complete it before taking your first test.
Once you have successfully completed the above steps, you're all set! Your Test Taker account has been created, and you have successfully provided your consent to be tested.
