Introducing the Concentric Parent/Guardian portal
Our mission at Concentric by Ginkgo is to make COVID-19 testing accessible. We’ve upgraded our portal so that you can track your child’s individual test results online.
What is the Concentric Parent/Guardian portal?
Parents and guardians will now have their own accounts on the Concentric testing portal. You’ll be able to grant consent for your Test Taker(s), access prior testing results, see new results as soon as the lab processes them.
How will I create an account?
The Concentric team or your Test Champion will create a new account using the email address you used to grant consent for your Test Taker(s) in the past. Keep an eye out for an email from Concentric with instructions for activating your account. The subject will read “Activate the testing profile for [dependent’s name].”
How do I use my account?
After activating your account, you’ll be able to access prior in-school test results, and see new results as they’re registered. Follow the instructions in the portal for more details and reach out to your Test Champion for specifics on your testing program details.
What If I’m having issues using the Parent/Guardian portal?
For help troubleshooting issues with the new parent portal, please notify your Test Champion, who will be more than happy to assist you.
