This article will review how to register an at-home or third-party test in the portal.
First, sign in to your account. Then, select the Test Taker for which you would like to register a test result.
Next, select “Enter Test Result”. Your Test Taker’s health questionnaire does not need to be updated prior to registering an at-home or third-party test!
Then, select the name of the at-home or third-party test you would like to register. Be sure to follow the corresponding IFU!
Enter the test information, including the date the test was taken, the times the sample was collected and read, and test result.
Check the box to attest to following the IFU and reporting a truthful result, then hit “Report Result”.
Finally, check your "Test History" to ensure that the at-home or third-party test has been successfully registered. All successfully registered at-home and third-party tests will appear under “Test History”.
