Please use our Customer Support Center for any changes and/or requests regarding testing schedules, testing cancellations, program cancellations, nurse staff support, or supplies. This support article outlines how to properly request a schedule change. To do so, please Submit a Support Request here.
*Please Note: After your schedule change or program cancellation request has been received, our support team will respond with a date of when to expect the change to take effect. Meanwhile, we will work to rearrange support staff and courier schedules with our partners.

Test Champions can order testing supplies by following the instructions within this Support Article. Orders are typically processed and shipped within 10-15 business days, please expect supplies to take up to 3 weeks to arrive.
