Finally, we want to highlight articles from the Pennsylvania Department of Health on how to best carry out your Pooled Testing and/or Test to Stay Programs with Concentric:
Need to Reorder Testing Supplies?
If your organization needs more individual diagnostic testing supplies (individual PCR or rapid antigen tests), you can order those supplies through this order form. Orders are typically processed and shipped within 10-15 business days, please expect supplies to take up to 3 weeks to arrive. For pooled testing clients, Test Champions can reorder pooled testing supplies by following the instructions within this Support Article.
*Please Note: all reorder requests will be checked by our team to ensure that schools are ordering an appropriate amount of supplies to cover their testing program.
