If you are testing and do not have a working 1D or 2D scanner on hand, please try downloading one of the two applications below on a smartphone, if possible:
After downloading the applications, scan the QR code from your phone. When you scan the QR code, a barcode should pop up on your phone screen.
Please manually enter the barcode into the “Test Kit ID” field on the Concentric Testing Portal. Please double-check that the code you enter into the “Test Kit ID” field is the same number as the code you see on your phone screen. These must match to be able to register the tests and then report results for this test.
