Our onboarding and portal videos are great tools for schools to use to help them get familiar with their testing program and set-up for their first day of testing!
We recommend that everyone complete the video training first, ahead of watching the portal videos.
Please make sure to refer to our Holiday Policy for days that Concentric will be closed and onboarding sessions will not be hosted.

Please refer to our portal training videos and articles throughout this section to be guided through setting up your account, organization, testing location, and placing your first order all within our portal. Please make sure you have your organization sign up code on hand, which was sent in your Welcome Email.
