Our onboarding and Q&A Sessions are great tools for schools to use to help them get familiar with their testing program and set-up for their first day of testing!
We recommend that everyone watch a training video first, ahead of other referencing other resources.
Please make sure to refer to our Holiday Policy for days that Concentric will be closed and live onboarding sessions will not be hosted.

Please make sure you have your organization sign up code on hand, which was sent in your Welcome Email.
