To get started, take a look at the steps required to set up for your First Test Day.
- Please tell us how many people you plan to test and how many school sites you have.
- Create a testing plan which includes the first test day and frequency of testing.
- Share your testing plan with us at least ten business days in advance, and we’ll ensure you have the necessary testing materials before test day.
- Onboard
-
-
- Gather consents from parents/ guardians and staff, either digitally or through our offline consent process.
- Add team members to support with registering tests and test day set-up. You will need to add at least one Test Supervisor to your team to conduct testing (if you have staffing support from Concentric, we will add your assigned staff person as a Test Supervisor).
- Review training materials and attend an onboarding session (coming soon for individual PCR testing!)
- Web Demo (below)
- How to Register PCR Test Kits on our portal
- To register the Concentric Individual PCR, watch the above video and then review the instruction guide here.
- Sample Collection (please ensure you are referencing the correct materials for the individual PCR test your program is using)
- Receive test materials and set up for test day.
-
- Test
- Test Taker checks in; test kit is registered and assigned to a Test Taker.
- A sample is collected from the Test Taker, sealed, and put in the return box.
- Tests are prepared for shipping and shipped.
- Results
- Our lab will return results to the Test Champions at each organization through our portal.
- Should there be a positive test result, the Test Taker is identified by the Test Champion, communicates results to parents/guardians, and determines the following steps to prevent or mitigate outbreaks.
*For clients using medical support, please note that they will register test tubes, oversee specimen collection, and prepare tests for shipping.
