We are delighted to offer courier services to ship samples back to the lab. Any changes in courier schedule or questions regarding scheduled pick-ups can be addressed by support ticket to our team!

Instructions for Scheduling and Preparing for your Courier:
Scheduling Your Pick Up
Please complete the form shared during onboarding for scheduling your courier pickup. If you need access to the form, please submit a support ticket. We ask that you complete this at least 10 business days ahead of your first test day.
- Pick-up time ranges will be a window of three hours.
- The designated point of contact at your location must be available and on-site during this pick-up window.
Schedule Changes and Cancellations
Should you need to make any changes in your pickup schedule, please submit a support ticket.
- When submitting a support ticket, please include the following information:
- Name of school or testing location
- Address for pick up site
- Name and phone number of the pick-up point of contact
- The day and times of any existing pickups that will need to be canceled
- Indicate if this is a one-time change or a recurring change to your pickups
- The school POC must communicate schedule updates 10 business days in advance of test day. Should you have any questions, please refer to our Schedule Change Request Policy.
- Our support team will reply with confirmation once the changes are in effect and complete.
- Weekend coverage should not be scheduled without prior approval from the Concentric Team. This is to ensure your lab will be open to receive samples.
Preparing For Pick Up
At the end of your testing, be sure that samples are packaged appropriately and Prepared for
Shipment. If these instructions are not followed, the courier will not accept the package.
Please note there are no shipping labels required for using a courier.
- Please bring all packaged samples to your main office before the beginning of the pick-up window, so there are no delays.
- The courier will call the point of contact listed if there is any confusion.
