For our clients testing this summer, we are delighted to offer courier services to ship samples back to the lab where possible.
All clients will be set up with a recurring courier pick-up according to the testing schedule provided. You will be in control of your courier pick-ups and able to reschedule couriers as your testing schedule changes with our courier partner, Mercury. Please see the attached one-pager for additional information on how to make these changes.
Here are a few helpful tips for a successful courier pick-up:
- Be sure to email Mercury at (firstname.lastname@example.org) or call 617-723-5205 with any schedule changes that might affect your courier pick-ups at least 48 hours in advance. Please note in the subject you are a Concentric Customer and provide our courier partner, Mercury, with the name of your school, the address for pick up, the point of contact for pick up name and phone number, and days changes are needed.
- At the end of your testing, be sure that samples are prepared for shipment. If these instructions are not followed, the courier will not accept the package.
- We ask that you disregard your current FedEx labels and do not adhere to the pick-up boxes.
