When your school receives an indeterminate or unusable test result, consider retesting the pool if the result came back during the same school week. If the result came back over the weekend, retest the pool the following week.
Schools can also consider re-training your Test Supervisors and Test Observers on sample collection before re-testing.
Schools can consider individual testing for those in a pool that receives an indeterminate or unusable result.
