The roles are:
- Test Champions (with/without administrative access)
- Test Supervisors
- Test Takers
There are three roles that - working together - ensure that testing runs smoothly. An individual can support one role or be selected to perform many roles. It is important to identify your testing team members early and think carefully about who you select to run your program.
Knowing your team member’s skill sets will help you determine how they can support your program. For example, school nurses make for great Test Supervisors because they already have medical training and are comfortable interpreting test results.
