- Questions on how to add a Test Champion?
Test Champions, often human resources managers, superintendents, principals, or other administrators, serve as on-site internal coordinators: ensuring the needed infrastructure, communication, and logistics are set up. They also serve as the main points of contact for the Concentric team. Test Champions can order supplies, and have access to test results for every location in their organization.
What is a Test Champion with administrative access?
If you are a Test Champion with administrative access, you are able to create new accounts, add new locations, add new team members, and decide your team members’ roles in your testing program.
Who should be selected as the Test Champion with administrative access?
Concentric clients have found a centralized organizer helpful in running the test program. This person (often a Test Champion) has the time to “program manage” and coordinate the testing program. The individual is dedicated to the day-to-day setup associated with testing. Their responsibilities include: getting the program up and running, training the testing team, communicating internally (with the school and families) and externally (to Concentric).
Time Commitment
Onboarding is the most time-consuming period for the “program manager.” This period typically spans 2-3 weeks and roughly 20-30 hours a week to get the program started. Once the program is operational, the time commitment significantly decreases and requires approximately 5 hours of program maintenance and management.
