For organizations with multiple locations, Test Champions with administrative access can see test results for all test locations. That means Test Champions with administrative access who may be assigned to specific test locations can see the results for every other location in an organization.
If you want to limit who can see results to only your team members at a particular test location, you must create an account for each location. By creating separate accounts, each of your locations will have their own organization.
Example:
You oversee a school district of 10 schools. Your options are:
- Create one account for your district, where each school will be a location. All of your Test Champions with administrative access will be able to see all test results across your district.
- Or you can create multiple accounts. You could create ten accounts where each account only has one school as a location. Test Champions with administrative access from each school would then only be able to see test results of their individual school.
